Each year the East Texas Justice of the Peace and Constable Association gives a scholarship to a deserving student going forward with their education, be it a path to college or a path to technical training. All student applicants must be a family member or employee of a dues-payed member in good standing of ETJPCA. Family member is defined as a dependent for tax purposes.

The Association was able to provide three scholarships to seniors around Texas in 2024! The schools represented are:
West Rusk ISD, Mount Enterprise ISD, and Harleton ISD. We are so proud of these Seniors dedicating their next step to higher education and are so grateful we could play a role!
